Campaign for Unmetered Telecommunications |

As you'll see from the Pledge your Support page, we've gone well past 1,000 signatories. Not a bad total, given that the British Internet user barely gets a sniff of anything - they spend, on average, just over twenty minutes online per day and pay three times as much as users in Scandinavian countries (source: Datamonitor). That said, more people need to do more for the campaign, starting with pledging support; we can't let yet more countries get ahead of us. If the Swiss campaigners can get 2,300 people to sign up in one month, albeit with a site geared solely to collecting signatures, we can certainly do a lot better. So please spread the word far and wide; see Three Simple Things for details of how to do this from behind your PC. And get out from behind your PC! Tell your friends and relatives, tell your workmates, tell everyone in school or university, run down Oxford Street naked shouting 'www.unmetered.org.uk' ... anything!
